Fall TV season is about to kick into high gear, and tonight, the courtroom drama Outlaw premieres. It stars television mainstay Jimmy Smits as a judge who resigns and goes into social justice law. Like most lawyer shows, it sounds pretty buttoned up, but as usual, Mr. Skin knows where to find the lusty lady lawyers of Outlaw at their gavel-banging nudest.
