In what we can only hope is the first step towards the Kelly Brook Workout on DVD, boobtacular British model Kelly Brook claims that she used a strenuous regimen of sex and saunas to get herself into shape for her New Look lingerie campaign. Quoth the bombshell:

"My regime is: walk everywhere, have regular steam room sessions to get rid of toxins and find a good water. And plenty of sex - it's a great cardio workout!," she tells Britain's Daily Mail
