What Comes After Nudity?

When a recent interviewer thanked Academy Award-winning actress and Mr Skin Hall-of-Famer Marisa Tomei for continuing to get naked on screen in The Wrestler, the Brooklyn beauty gave the credit to legendary director Sidney Lumet for getting her to show skin.

There’s no denying the magnificence of Marisa’s mams in the 2007 drama Before the Devil Knows You're Dead, but she actually got topless 14 years earlier in Untamed Heart.

The scene is less well known, though, because you can only see it on the special European television broadcast version or on MrSkin.com.

The Italian-American eyeful also hinted that, now that she’s broken the nudity taboo, she’s looking for the next line to cross.

That’s music to the ears of Mr Skin and all the other admirers of Marisa’s tomei-tos.

As for where the next line is, Marisa need look no further than her fellow Hollywood starlets.

After showing boobs and bush and going lesbo with Hillary Swank and Michelle Williams, Chloe Sevigny was able to find another line to cross with Vincent Gallo in The Brown Bunny.

So if Marisa really wants to find that next line to cross, she can probably find Vincent’s number in the New York Guide to Weirdo Geniuses.

Maybe the world can soon look forward to The Brown Bunny II: My Cousin Vincent.
