Amazonian uberbabe Rachel Hunter has skinspired a few famous men over the years- her exes Rod Stewart and Kip Winger for starters- so it makes sense that the former Sports Illustrated swimsuit model would be a good candidate to try to motivate guys to exercise. If we could stop staring at those Hot Legs, that is.

The Rachel Hunter Take Charge Workout has its heart in the right place- Rachel demonstrates each move in the conditioning workout while her trainer explains it, and she starts and ends the video gently reminding us not to “sacrifice safety for intensity” as far as our workouts are concerned (in other words- don’t strain yourselves, couch potatoes). Will do, Rachel! We’d do just about anything you asked of us in that adorable New Zealand accent, to be honest. But we do have a couple of notes for the producers of this video:

First, Rachel Hunter is tall. Like, 5’ 11” tall. Standing her next to a tiny little man in black whose chest only reaches her hips will only make things worse. Unless, of course, you’re into that sort of thing (Macrophiliacs take note, she TOWERS over him in this video).

If you’re going to shoot Rachel to look like a giantess, can you put the camera a little lower next time so we can get a proper crotch shot please? (Fast-forward to the 01:12 mark for the almost-but-not-quite-action)
