There were some exciting, shocking and just plain arousing developments afoot on the skinternational front this year, with a lineup of foreign films that featured explicit scenes of real sex, randy amateurs baring it all for the camera, and twisted pics en espanol:
Our #1 pick is the French erotic drama Q, starring Déborah Révy as the human embodiment of desire. This was a late addition to the year, but its unbelievable assortment of real-sex scenes that includes everything from hide the sausage to girl/-girl hide the pinky (left, with Leticia Bellicini and Helene Zimmer) made it a real standout.
Coming close on its heels, however, is our #2 pick- the German drama Bedways. This flick also features its free-spirited cast actually schtupping and sucking each other on film, no body doubles allowed. Miriam Mayet's explicit scene of self-pleasure is an absolute knockout!
For our #3 pick we head down South America way for Rio Sex Comedy, starring amateur Daniela Dams as an Amazon native who goes fully nude pretty much the entire time she's on screen. Dams, girl!
On the other hand, our #4 pick Elena Anaya is a real pro. Elena has gone nude for an astounding 14 onscreen roles, skincluding Sex and Lucia (2001) and Room in Rome (2010). Her newest role is in the twisted horror flick The Skin I Live In, where she bares it all as the captive of demented plastic surgeon Antonio Banderas.
Finally, at #5 it's Japan's Underwater Love, the best softcore musical about a woman's affair with a mythical turtle creature that you'll ever see. Of course, it's probably the only softcore musical about a woman's affair with a mythical turtle creature you'll ever see, but still. Star Sawa Masaki manages to keep a straight face, even during scenes where she mounts the monster's Mr. Happy.
And an honorable mention goes out to Czech sexpot Vica Kerekes, who managed to render Skin Central completely speechless while still remaining (barely) clothed in Muzi v nadeji (2011). Luckily, you can see Vica's va-va-voom free from its lingerie cage in Shameless (2008), right here at Mr. Skin.
