I apologize for my lack of updates the past few days-but I've been extremely busy holed up in my office here at Skin Central, frantically fast-forwarding and pausing, preparing for one of the most exciting events of the year: my annual Anatomy Awards!

The Oscars are this Sunday, and as outstanding acting is honored, I, too, will toast this past year's greatest sin-ematic achievements.

Fast-forwarding to the good parts of all of the flesh-filled flicks of the past year was a long, hard undertaking (and how!). 2007 offered up a bumper crop of onscreen skin, but I'm positive that the breast women will win!

Winners announced last year included The Break-Up's Jennifer Aniston for "Best PG-13 Nude Scene" and Loverboy star Kyra Sedgwick for "Best Over 40 Nude Scene."

It's one of my favorite times of year, the annual Fangoria's Weekend of Horrors at the Wyndham Chicago O'Hare in Rosemont, Illinois. This year is going to be especially skin-tacular because the Skin Team and I will be there, there selling--and signing!-- the Skintastic Video Guide, T-shirts and other gear with legendary scream queen and Mr. Skin Hall-of-Famer Debbie Rochon, the most skinterviewed actresst in our history! The delectable Deb and I will also be discussing the subject of Nudity in Horror Movies during a panel on Saturday. There will be tons of other guests, vendors, and activities to skinjoy, so don't be scared to come on out and see us this weekend&mdashI'd love to meet you!

Last night was the second skincarnation of Mr. Skin's Skintastic Trivia Challenge: The Hollywood Sex & Nudity Game at Junior's bar on Maxwell Street here in Chicago, and it couldn't have gone better (without breaking any laws)! Radio personality and friend-of-Skin Pete McMurray co-hosted, and our editorial director, Mike McPadden, provided off-color commentary from the sidelines. We had about half a dozen teams of people, some a little slicker than others, but all displaying the fortitude to match their knowledge of celebrity nudity against the veritable T&A-lmanac that is the mind of Mr. Skin.

In three rounds of ten increasingly "hard" questions, the teams competed to give the most correct answers in the categories of "The Nudie Nineties"", "Nudity in Sports Movies", and "Teen Sex Comedies." We also had two rounds of individual competition in which contestants identified phony funbags in "Real or No Real" and guessed which actresses have shown skin in "Has She Ever?" (Mary Poppins? Yes! "Weezie Jefferson? No.) Throughout the night we gave away a couple of 6-month subscriptions to MrSkin.com, a Skintastic Video Guide, one of our baseball jerseys and a whole lot of hats, T-shirts, Skin-heads, and Mr. Skin tissues, which were used up pretty promptly in the bathroom as our "Top 69 Nude Scenes of All Time" video played continuously on the bars flat screen TVs.
