The Alcove (1984) is another wanktastic Joe D'Amato classic, this time set in 1936 after the conquest of the Italian Empire. English soldier Al Cliver is headed home from the Zulu war with a hot Abyssinian slavestress in tow. She's Black Emanuelle herself, Laura Gemser, and her gems are as precious as ever! But while Al's been busy amassing human booty, his wife (Lilli Carati) has been bumping bathmats with the housekeeper, Annie Belle. Well, hell!
