The Big O: Double Shot of Love, Happy Hour (with The Parents)!

When I saw the first show I was trying to figure out if I could predict who they would end up with (if you’re going to make yourself insane watching these shows- you have to at least make it interesting) but they were so all over both sexes it was too hard and obviously soon to tell.

The first few weeks were mostly about the challenges where they had to do things like, blow up doll obstacle courses, endurance competitions, a race to lick frosting off twin dummies, and of course the ever famous plate of food to invoke your gag reflex. With each event completed we were blessed with witnessing another date, aka, watching the Ikkis take turns making out with the winner of the day. Slowly the girls decided who they wanted to get to know better and who they knew would never have a “shot at love”.

Last week a bomb was dropped on the twins about about Josh and Rosemarie from the first night at the house when they were overheard making out at bedtime (I’m pretty sure that’s a no-no). He of course denied it, but Rosie came clean and apologized for what happened- only to have idiot Josh announce that he was in fact falling for Rosie more than the twins. Needless to say his dumb ass was dismissed, and after eliminating a still in the closet Xoe, it was down to the last four.

This week- the twins went home with their prospective significant others to meet their families and see just how accepting they would be of the, umm, situation. First up was Trevor with the ultra conservative Christian family. I would like to point out that these poor people also had no clue that there were two girls, so when they showed up with barely enough clothing to cover one of them, and spent half the night picking silverware up off the floor- they were slightly caught off guard (thank God for wine!).

You know that feeling you get when things get so awkward you become embarrassed for someone else? That was Vikki. And yowsa- she slapped her sisters ass right in front of his parents! Cherry. On. Top.

Next was the MILF Rebekah, who took the girls to meet her son and give them a taste of what having a family of their own would be like if they chose her. But nothing can scare a person off more than taking on responsibility- especially if you’re young, hot, blonde and have an identical tiwn. After that it was off to meet meat-head Scott and drink Manishevitz body shots with his wonderful Jewish family. The girls looked like they enjoyed being with them the most, but if you can go meet someone’s parents house for the first time looking like this and not get any shit for it then you’re a lucky woman.

They ended the rounds with Rosie and her family on Staten Island. While the girls were under the impression that her family knew about her sexual orientation- Rosie pretty much came out right there on the spot which was surprisingly not as awkward as one would imagine (until Vikki made out with her and stunned the shit out of her mom). Not the best way to kick things off so I wasn’t too terribly shocked when she got sent home. Although- I was excited to see Vikki and Rikki duke it out in the decision room... Shoving, falling down in a short dress, and panties showing all while in Lucite heels? Now you've got a show!

But now there are only three left! I’m almost beyond trying to predict who will win- or how many shows it will take to find out. The suspense is definitely getting high for me, but to calm myself I will continue my ritual and take a shot for every boob on the show- and if it gets really bad, I'll just take a shot every time someone cries. I'll let you know how it turns out!
