Seth Rogen is an uberslacker who inadvertently becomes a masked crime fighter in The Green Hornet (2011). After Britt Reid (Seth Rogen)’s newspaper magnate father dies, the aimless party boy finds himself in charge of a massive media empire. Adding to his problems is the sudden appearance of Kato (Jay Chou), his late father’s driver who, it turns out, was doing more than drive the elder Mr. Reid to the airport. Not that, you creeps- he was playing Robin to his Batman. No, wait, that still sounds wrong. They were fighting crime together, ok? After unexpectedly foiling a robbery, in a burst of skinspiration Britt asks Kato if he’d like to get the team back together. And so the team of the Green Hornet and Kato is reunited, and although Britt can’t fight, can’t shoot, and can’t even drive the Hornetmobile, he’ll have to learn when the two go deep undercover in the world of supervillainy. Being a millionaire playboy means being surrounded by beautiful women all the time, and willowy brunette Analeigh Tipton and bikini babes Alexandra Lord and Christy Peterson gladly oblige with barely-dressed cameos. Cameron Diaz plays the love interest that drives a wedge between Kato and Britt, and the beautiful blonde is looking good as ever in teeny tiny exercise shorts one hour and 46 minutes in. Green Hornet? More like Green Horny!
