Kevin- Good question. We emailed PinkEiga to ask, and here's what they said:
"Because of the strict Japanese censorship law, no [full] frontal nudity is allowed. Nowadays, the most common practice of blurring scenes involves shooting them while using a special lens."
So yes, there will be pixelation (or strategically placed hands, heads, pillars, etc) over the tuna sushi, but T&A are allowed.
