“If I’m here, and you’re here . . . doesn’t that make it our time?” So says Sean Penn as surfer dude and perennial burn-out Jeff Spicoli in the teen classic Fast Times at Ridgemont High (1982), and our time is well spent thanks to this perfect mix of tits, zits, and bong hits. Joined by similarly demented teen comics nerd Libby (Ellen Page), who styles herself as The Crimson Bolt’s sidekick Boltie, the two begin a campaign to rid the streets of drug dealers- and to win Sarah back. When Ellen begs Rainn to make out with her while wearing a skintight superhero costume, it’s super. Super hot.
