The aptly named Moxie Owens shows quite a bit of moxie for someone so brand spanking new into the world of acting! This south Texas native is so new onto the acting scene, she literally only has one feature film credit to date with her taking on the lead role of teenage runaway Hope in the unflinching look at sex workers in Los Angeles, Girl Lost: A Hollywood Story (2020), where she not only makes her feature film debut but also her Nude-Comer debut! As Hope, Moxie definitely looks every bit the part of a young, shy, and scared runaway who gets turned out by a couple of scummy older girls who are looking to capitalize on her youth in the sex business like a couple of vampires. As Hope thinks she's the next new thing in the world of modeling, she's actually on her way to becoming an escort, porn star, stripper, and money maker for a couple of veteran sex workers. Moxie doesn't shy away from taking on the daunting role and the nudity that came along with it, including some jarring scenes that really give you a look at the nightlife in the City of Angels for a young girl trying to get away from an abusive family in middle America. Hopefully Moxie keeps getting roles because she's an absolute stick of dynamite on the screen and we look forward to seeing anything she's willing to put out or should we say "pull out" of a dress. This young blondie has a bright future ahead of her leading into her 20s and you'll be hooked too!
