2016: White Girl

Suburban parents everywhere, beware! Your little girls might be out partying, doing lines of coke off their boyfriends' dicks, and blowing them in the kitchen, or at least that's what the 2016 flick White Girl would have you believe. In the time honored tradition of good girls gone wild like former Disney princess Anne Hathaway in Havoc, former child star Morgan Saylor is the titular caucasian here, baring terrific TA in a number of skintillating scenes...

2011: A Good Old Fashioned Orgy

Nine years ago today, some of the funniest people—Jason Sudeikis, Will Forte, and Nick Kroll—and some of the sexiest people—Leslie Bibb,Lake Bell, andAngela Sarafyan—of the moment got together for, you guessed it, a good old fashioned orgy. Sadly this orgy turned out to be mostly a sausage fest, with male nudity outweighing female nudity by a margin of about three-to-one. Then again, male nudity is always funny apparently, so it pays to pack your raunchy comedy with lots of dicks.

Michelle Borth employed a body double for her bare assed scene, which is strange considering how much she showed just four years earlier on HBO's Tell Me You Love Me...

2000: Quills

**Portions of the following text are excerpted from our SKIN-depth Look at the Films of Philip Kaufman...

It would take 7 years to get another film from Kaufman, but his heavily dramatized take on the final months in the life of the notorious Marquis de Sade (Geoffrey Rush) would mark his first film of the new millennium, released on this day 20 years ago. Very loosely based on de Sade's time imprisoned in the insane asylum Charenton, the film is right in line with so many of Kaufman's best films, featuring a rebellious protagonist railing against the system, this time to often repulsive effect. Scripted by Pulitzer Prize winner Doug Wright, the film presents de Sade through the eyes of Charenton's overseer, the idealistic young Abbé du Coulmier (Joaquin Phoenix).

A battle of the wills ensues, as de Sade continually flaunts the ideals that would one day come to bear his name, and the eager young Abbé holds fast to the belief that the Marquis will eventually see the error of his ways and repent. de Sade holds the upper hand in their relationship at all times, however, due to the fact that he knows that the Abbé is obsessed with a laundress named Madeleine (Kate Winslet), who has been aiding the Marquis in smuggling his manuscripts out of the asylum.

De Sade's writings continue to stir controversy among the aristocracy, although the most corruption they seem to inspire is allowing people to become more sexually adventurous. One such encounter we are privy to involves Rebecca Palmer getting double teamed by two dudes in bed...

Through a series of rather strangely violent circumstances, poor Madeleine ends up being murdered by an inmate who is relaying de Sade's final tale to her before she is sent away due to her part in helping the Marquis. de Sade relays the death to the Abbé, adding insult to injury by informing him that Madeleine died a virgin. That night, the Abbé has a dream in which he sees Madeleine's nude body on a slab, discovering thatshe isn't dead and the two begin to have sex...

Ever the equal opportunity filmmaker, Kaufman devotes more screen time to male nudity than these brief glimpses of breasts we get from these two ladies. Geoffrey Rush spends a fair amount of time completely nude when the Abbé punishes him for continuing to write and smuggle out manuscripts, forcing him to be nude at all times so he cannot write any more. Of course, de Sade finds a way to continue raging against the machine.

The film's ultimate undoing is that it flies in the face of historical accuracy, sending de Sade out of this world by having him—rather absurdly—choke himself on the Abbé's crucifix as he attempts to give de Sade absolution in the final moments of his life. While it makes for a more dramatic end to the story, it's also so hopelessly ludicrous that anyone looking to get the real story can only scoff at the choice in retrospect. Nevertheless the film earned three Oscar nominations and is fairly well regarded some 20 years after its release, if not exactly the talk of the town anymore.

1988: Freeway

Not to be confused with the Reese Witherspoon/Kiefer Sutherland vehicle of the same name from the mid-90s, this flick finds the lovelyDarlanne Fluegelas a widowed nurse who decides to take vengeance into her own hands against the priest who murdered her husband! She's paired in the endeavor with a radio shock jock DJ played by Richard Belzer, who serves as her guiding light and the one who helps her navigate the ins and outs of this dirty world.

Just three years removed from her star-making turn in William Friedkin's To Live and Die in L.A., it's a shame Darlanne Fluegel didn't catch on as an ass-kicking leading lady, but you can catch hertopless in a back-to-back pair of skintillating scenes...

1983: Deathstalker

**Portions of the following text are excerpted from Staff Picks: Barbarian Movies of the Early 80s

Sporting poster art that looks straight out of the work of the aforementioned Frank Frazetta,1983'sDeathstalkerisboth one of the subgenre'smost distinguished and hopelessly cheesy entries. The entire subgenre began moving more toward camp in 1983, and legendary producer Roger Corman wanted a piece of that action. Made in Argentina, the film is hopelessly lame when viewed through the eyes of a 2020 moviegoer, but it did launch a franchise and manages to be just slightly better than your averageConanknockoff.

The film's title character, played by bodybuilder Rick Hill, is mostly a non-entity in the film thanks to his complete and utter lack of charisma to match Schwarzenegger and even Marc Singer. Thankfully he'smatched at every turn bythe fierce warrior Kaira, played byLana Clarkson. Likely by studio mandate, Kaira's warrior togs consist of a cloak and a thong, her entire torso left bare despite the obvious tactical disadvantages such attire would bring...

The ill-fated Princess Codille, played by skin queenBarbi Benton, is also something of a non-factor in the plot outside of one thoroughly entertaining scene in which the villainous Munkar transforms one of his advisors into her in an attempt to seduce Deathstalker. After initially wanting to break himself off a piece of that, he discovers the ruse right around the same time the real princess is murdered...

1983: Turkey Shoot

**Portions of the following text are excerpted from Staff Picks: Ozploitation (Second Wave)

Also known by the titlesEscape 2000andBlood Camp Thatcher, the dystopian sci-fi flickTurkey Shootmade its way Stateside on this day 37 year ago. The film finds juvenile delinquents in the far off future of the year 2000 sent to internment camps where they are reprogrammed before being allowed to rejoin society. Such is the fate that befalls our heroes Chris (Olivia Hussey), Rita (Lynda Stoner), and Paul (Steve Railsback), sent to Camp 47 which is under the control of the brutal and sadisticCamp Master Charles Thatcher (Michael Craig).

Thatcher has instituted an annual tradition known as the turkey shoot in which he and several of his close friends and advisors spent 12 hours hunting down five prisoners chosen as that year's turkeys. Though the prisoners are told that they will be released if they survive, no one has lived to tell the tale and the whole thing just operates as a fun and games death sentence. ThinkThe Most Dangerous GamemeetsThe Running ManmeetsLogan's Run, but with much heavier Australian accents.

This year, the turkeys will of course include Chris, Rita, and Paul, along with their cellmates Griffin and Dodge.Lynda Stoner's ill-fated Rita does show off her buns in two scenes, includingwhile hitting the shower with some uncredited nude extras, and again later when she meets a rather grisly end during the turkey shoot...
