One-Handed Workout: Eroticise [VIDEO]

This week's One-Handed Workout is an example of skinplicity at its finest, and will bring back many slappy memories for guys who spent most of the '80s with a VCR remote on one side and a tissue box on the other. Courtesy of Vestron Video, the distributor of such skinfamous titles as 1977's Cinderella (the porn), Takin' it Off (1985), Chained Heat (1983), Blame it on Rio (1984) and H.O.T.S. (1979), Eroticise stars gazonga goddess Kitten Natividad in a naked (pun intended) attempt to bring together the '80s aerobics trend and the ever-expanding (pun also intended) market of teenage boys too young to rent XXX porn, but still looking for some quality T&A on VHS.

There's no question about who's the star of Eroticise- Kitten Natividad is the only one pictured or mentioned on the box. But Kitten is kind enough to share her nude workout duties with fellow 80's softcore starlet Ashley St. Jon, stage act-chest Rita Gardner, and the lovely Gigi Anthony, Kit Fargo, and Summer Tanaya- all of whom, curiously enough, have no other screen credits.

Eroticise starts with a standard "don't try this at home, consult your physician, blah blah blah" type of exercise video disclaimer, suggesting that either the producers were very, very paranoid about lawsuits or Eroticise started off as a regular exercise tape, but halfway through filming they said "screw it, let's just have them take their clothes off and slap some Casio muzak on top." And that's exactly what this video is- no more, and when it comes to Kitten's massive melons, definitely no less.

First Ashley's leftie flops free from her purple leotard as she runs in place, and slowly but surely in a series of fades the ladies start stripping down til they've gone from bending, stretching and bouncing in leotards and legwarmers to bending, stretching and bouncing totally nude. Simple, but oh so sweet:
