Beaming into theaters, Alice Eve co-stars in Star Trek Into Darkness (2013), but the most she shows is a shot of her skivvies. I think I feel the Vulcan nerve pinch in my pants! The Sundance shocker Black Rock (2012) is giving a full frontal peek at both Katie Aselton and Lake Bell, and the French drama Augustine (2012) has a thorough sexamination of Stephanie Sokolinski’s funbaguettes and fur.

We're saying farewell to two nude HBO stalwarts this week on DVD and Blu-ray: First, bid adieu with Season Two of How to Make It in America, a series that started off slow but went out with Lake Bell's wonderful wobblers on display. Hung has also been canceled by HBO, but a new Season Three Blu-ray gives us Rebecca Creskoff, Kaitlin Doubleday and more nude to remember them by. In movie nudes, Piranha 3DD (2012) sinks its teeth into DVD and Blu-ray, and '80s horror classics Re-Animator (1985) and the original Mother's Day (1980) are nude on Blu-ray.

Some actresses have to be talked into doing a nude scene. Katie Aselton, on the other hand, had a different experience: as both director and star of the indie thriller Black Rock (2012), the only one pressuring her to strip was herself.
Get the skinny from Katie's (sk)interview with Entertainment Weekly after the jump!
It's turning out to be a great year for nudity at Sundance- or as I like to call it, Skindance- this year. First we got nudes of Laura Prepon's nude debut, and now our Skin Skout has sent us this breaking nudes from Park City:
Gentlemen, Lake Bell has officially broken the seal. After finally making her nude debut last year on How to Make It in America, she's following up with a topless scene in the thriller Black Rock. Lake, Kate Bosworth, and The League's Katie Aselton (who also directed) co-star as old friends forced to run for their lives on a hiking trip. Bosworth keeps her boulders in her bra, but Lake and Katie both bare boobs as they strip out of their wet clothes 52 minutes in, marking Lake's second career nude scene and Katie's nude debut.
But that's nothing compared to Helen Hunt, who returns after five years of non-nude fare like Soul Surfer (2011) with a fantastically full-frontal turn as a sex therapist in The Surrogate. We counted four skinstances of Helen's cunt (a first for the As Good As It Gets star) in the nudity report, along with an impressive nine breast-baring scenes. She's Mad about Pubes...and so are we!

Sad news for fans of Rebecca Creskoff and Lake Bell: you'll never get to see them naked again...on their HBO shows, anyway.
The cable network announced yesterday that after a subpar season for both series, they are canceling Hung and How to Make It in America, along with the Jason Schwartzman/Ilsa Fisher comedy Bored to Death.
Hung and Bored to Death both saw their ratings drop by over half this year- 2.31 million people tuned in for the Hung Season 2 finale last year, while a relatively small 930,000 stuck around 'til the end of season 3. Similarly, Bored to Death saw a sharp drop from an average 1.1 million viewers per episode in season 2 to an average 240,000 for this year's season 3. [Guess it really was boring.- SC]
On the other hand, How to Make It in America was never really able to gather the following that propelled
the similar HBO series Entourage through eight seasons; even as Lake Bell's nude debut spurred an (ahem) swell of interest here at Mr. Skin, the series topped out at 560,000 viewers per episode.
In comparison, Game of Thrones was considered HBO's breakout success this year; the season 1 finale drew 3.9 million viewers for its initial airing, with an average 8.3 million people taking in each episode across DVR, HBO GO, and regular ol' cable.
Are you bummed about Hung? Wish How to Make It had made it? Or are you just looking forward to whatever nude tricks HBO has up its sleeve? Let us know in the comments!

We have a lot to be grateful for as the year draws to a close, but this Thanksgiving we'd like to give special spanks to the nudecomers and nude debuts that helped make 2011 such a MAM-entous year. Some, like Lake Bell and Sarah Silverman, we've been eagerly eyeing for years, whole others, like Emilia Clarke and Elizabeth Olsen, came out of nowhere to steal our hard-ons.
How about you, Skin fans? Who's on your short list of the best nude debuts of 2011? Let us know in the comments, and see more pics after the jump!
And thanks to their cameraman, we can ALL come along! Lake Bell invited the guys over for Esquire's ingenious Me in My Place feature, where they interview sexy female celebs in their real homes...and this next part is key...wearing their real underwear.
The result is an intimate series of photos which shows the ladies at their most relaxed. And after finally getting a good look at her Great Lakes on How to Make It in America, we just couldn't resist a peek into Lake's place.
But despite her stunning photo shoot, Lake insists that she's not always so photogenic:
"The majority of the photographs that I take are not sexy. I'm so glad that my iPhone isn't published. There's just a wealth of unflattering photos on it," she tells Esquire's Mark Mikin.
