Now that the fanfare from the Oscars is dying down, it’s time to take a closer look at some of the celebrity slippage that made the evening so special.
At point during her elaborate salute to musicals with Hugh Jackman, Beyonce Knowles inadvertently revealed one stiff nip doing a deep dip in her partner’s arms.
Sadly, America didn’t get to see it because the TV cameras were aimed to low to catch the action upstairs.
But a photographer was able to get the perfect shot revealing the Knowles knob positioned just above her bustline.

But even if she is surpassed as the last woman to get a statue for putting statues in men's pants, Rachel will always have one very distinctive claim to fame: She wasn't simply nude in The Constant Gardener, she was nude and pregnant! Though the film employed a stunt stomach, after the movie was filmed, Rachel got knocked up in real life and accepted her award when she was more than seven months pregnant, wonderfully uniting big-screen fantasy with reality.

The Academy admired Charlize's brave choice to subdue her natural beauty for a gritty role and awarded her the Oscar for Best Actress in a Leading Role in 2004. Mr Skin may prefer to gaze upon Theron's stunning mug in movies such as The Devil's Advocate and Reindeer Games, but those melons look monstrously hot no matter what the movie.

People remember that Halle Berry was the first black woman to win an Oscar for Best Actress in a Leading Role. What doesn't get mentioned much (at least outside of the Mr Skin offices) is that she was also the first woman to win an Oscar for performing awesomely explicit doggy style interracial sex on screen. Halle's performance in Monster's Ball stands out in every aspect: as a top-of-her-game acting achievement as well as an on-top-of-Billy-Bob-Thornton sexual screen success. Here's hoping that the Academy continues to celebrate bold nudity and slap-you-in-the-face amazing sex scenes for years to come.

Personally, Mr Skin can't begin to understand the film Boys Don't Cry. Why would a beautiful woman want to strap down her bountiful bosom to hide it from the world? Mr Skin is all about showing your sweater stuffers, not concealing them. But the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences is a bit more sophisticated than Mr Skin and honored Hilary Swank's portrayal of a girl pretending to be a boy with an Oscar for Best Actress in a Leading Role in 2000. Now she has another long, pointy object to stuff into those boy briefs.

The 1990s saw acclaim from the Academy coming together with onscreen nudity as never before. In fact, every woman who took home a trophy for Best Actress in a Leading Role throughout that decade had movie nudity in her filmogrphy, a trend that (so far) has continued into the new millennium. The last actress to take home a little gold man in the twentieth century was Gwyneth Paltrow. But uniting Oscar with bared flesh wasn't the only tradition Gwyneth was carrying on with her nude turn in Shakespeare in Love; she was also continuing a family legacy of undressing for the camera. Gwynnie's mom, Blythe Danner, also turned in a pair of nude performances, though she was never saluted by the Academy as her darling daughter was. Paltrow has far outdone Mommy with the volume of nude scenes in her career, which is definitely a good sign. Just imagine all the nudity we can expect from future funbag flashers in the family!

Yesterday we gave praise to Helen Hunt, who took home the Oscar for Best Actress in a Leading Role in 1998. That year, for the first time in movie-nudity history, both actresses who sashayed up to the podium to accept an Academy Award had dropped their duds for their winning performance. Taking home the honors for Best Actress in a Supporting Role that year was Kim Basinger, who won for L.A. Confidential. The film ranks near the bottom of Kim's nude résumé, but only because it contains just a sliver of Kim's bottom. But delve into this Oscar-winning beauty's skinography, and you'll understand why the members of the Academy stood up ad saluted her.
