Mr Skin Congratulates the Winner

After defeating Asian eyeful Mika Tan, Alaskan gusher Ava Rose, seemingly unstoppable anal queen/mainstream actress Sasha Grey and porn’s new Jenna— Jenna Haze—pouty-lipped, Snow White-like china doll Stoya has succeeded Joanna Angel to become Fleshbot’s Extreme Pornstar Champion.

Sasha Grey is one of the adult industry’s most recognizable starlets.

After spending time doing theater and experimental film, Sasha appeared in her first porno movie right after she turned 18, doing an anal orgy scene with none other but veteran Rocco Siffredi in John “Buttman” Stagliano’s Fashionistas Safado: The Challenge.

Since then, Sasha’s resume has expanded to include dozens of titles, including Squirt Gangbang 1 (2007), Swallow My Children (2007), Teenage Anal Princess 5 (2006), and Cum Fart Cocktails 5 (2006). This year she had a role in the big budget adult feature Pirates II alongside Teagan Presley and Jesse Jane.

The actress has also appeared on The Insider and The Tyra Banks Show and will star in the upcoming Steven Soderbergh film The Girlfriend Experience.

Sasha is also a professed fan of power electronics performer Prurient.

Porn Stars Go From the Main Vein to Mainstream

Citing examples like Sasha Grey, Jenna Jameson, Traci Lords, Katie Morgan, and the upcoming stage musical based on the life of Linda Lovelace, yesterday’s LA Times declared that “porn stars are the new crossover artists.”

This does not include porn stars Mila, who is an ass artist, or Charlie, who appears in The Pickup Artist.

The widely reported recent death of Deep Throat director Gerard Damiano reminded the world of the time in the early 1970s, when porn chic brought hardcore to millions of viewers who would have never braved a porno theater before.

A few years later, home video would do a much better job of it.

Now that adult actresses like Sasha Grey and Katie Morgan are appearing in the new Steven Soderbergh film The Girlfriend Experience and Zack and Miri Make a Porno, respectively, the topic of porn in the mainstream is hot again.

Sasha to Appear in Three Non-Porn Movies in 2009

After it was announced that rising porn starlet Sasha Grey will be starring as a high-priced hooker in the upcoming Steven Soderbergh movie The Girlfriend Experience, fans began to wonder if the Anal Acrobats star was branching out into the mainstream,

And it turns out that Sasha is slated to appear in two other non-porn movies in 2009. One of these is the horror-comedy Smash Cut with the great David Hess of The Last House on the Left fame.

But Sasha will also be appearing in video director Dick Rude’s upcoming feature Quit alongside topless Hot Tamale babe Diora Baird, who, inronically, just appeared in a movie called Pornstar.

The Girlfriend Experience to Give Viewers The Jerkoff Experience

It’s hard to think of a better indication that a pornstar has attained mainstream success than appearing in a movie alongside singer-songwriter and star of The Last House on the Left and The House on the Edge of the Park star David Hess.

But having already done that with her starring role in the upcoming Smash Cut, AVN Best New Starlet 2007 and Penthouse Pet Sasha Grey is climbing to even greater heights as the star of Steven Soderbergh’s The Girlfriend Experience.
