Rumor has it that Ghost World star Thora Birch's upcoming movie Winter of Frozen Dreams (2008), in which she plays a college student who works at a massage parlor and murders people on the side, contains not only some intense sex scenes (witnessed, reportedly, by her father), but also a helping full frontal nudity from the top-heavy hottie. I haven't seen pictures yet, but the word is that Ms. Birch bares boobs and bush.
