Kinky Fashion Magazine Purple Does It Again
French actress Lou Doillon has kinkiness in her DNA. Her father, filmmaker Jacques Doillon, got her mother Jane Birkin naked in a hefty handful of movies in the 1980s, including the avant-garde lesbo classic La Pirate.
Since she began acting in 1988, Lou has followed in her miniature-mammed mother’s footsteps, showing off her me-doillons in movies like Nana, Embrassez qui vous voudrez, and Go Go Tales.
Now Lou is taking a cue from New York-born babe Paz de la Huerta and stripping down for skin-friendly photog Oliver Zahm in the virtual pages of cutting edge fashion magazine Purple’s online diary.

3-D Movies are mounting a comeback. Again. Be still, my bleeding eyes. Again.
At age 7, I stumbled upon the famous photograph of a movie theater audience staring up, enraptured, at Bwana Devil (1953) through paper eyeglasses with colored lenses.
Some nearby authority figure explained to me that those people were watching a 3-D movie, and those glasses enabled the images to jump right off the screen.
The immediate, flawlessly logical question I blurted out then was: “So why isn’t every movie in 3-D?” Nobody could explain it to me.
Seven was also the age when I happened up Pops McBeardo’s Playboy stashed in the bathroom hamper, so my unspoken query was: “And why isn’t Playboy in 3-D? And what about dirty movies?” The answers would come. As would I.
With the recent (skinless) success of the Edith Piaf biopic La Vie en rose, it's high time the life of fiercely individual, often controversial balladeer/actor/director Serge Gainsbourg was brought to a theater near you. And it soon will be. Well, if the theaters near you happen to be in France.
Today Universal announced a pic centering on the life and loves of Serge Gainsbourg will begin shooting in January, so with any luck we will be feasting on gorgeous, naked French femmes of today portraying gorgeous, naked French femmes of yesterday by early 2010.
Get the full scoop on the upcoming film, including which naked French actresses will take on the roles of Serge's naked French lovers Brigitte Bardot and Bambou, after the cut.

A Skintroduction to Mr Skin's Man in the Feels
Editor's Note: McBeardo is Mr Skin’s resident sexpert on weird, cult, fringe, midnight, underground and/or any other extreme form of skinema.
He reports from the frontlines and backrooms of most skintimidating screening halls on the planet – not the least of which is the place where he keeps his couch.
The opinions of McBeardo are not necessarily those of Mr Skin, MrSkin.com, or any related affiliates. The ideas as to what constitutes a “wild time” are definitely not Mr Skin’s, period.

Italian filmmaker Michelangelo Antonioni revolutionized world cinema in 1960 with L’Avventura, the sensual story of a woman who disappears shot in a radically original style.
That same year, Antonioni also helmed La Notte, another remarkable success. It hardly seems a coincidence that both of these breakthroughs contained female nudity.
However, Antonioni truly broke open skinternational possibilities with the swinging London mystery Blow Up, which showcased name starlets -- Vanessa Redgrave and Jane Birkin, to be precise -- in amazing, taboo-shattering states of undress. The result was a critically hailed masterwork and global box-office blockbuster.

As summer drew to a close, temperatures soared past the boiling point on the big screen as Body Heat opened in theaters on this date in 1981.
The Florida-set modern film noir cast William Hurt as a lawyer-by-day/ladies'-man-by-night who falls hard for femme fatale Kathleen Turner, who gives a scorching performance that made her a skinstant sex symbol.
Kathleen is so incendiary in Body Heat that Hurt famously smashes a glass door to get at her bare body, and then oafishly falls into a plot to murder Turner’s husband.
One look at Kathleen in the raw and audiences around the world understood.
With Body Heat, not only was a star born in the form of Kathleen Turner, but her mouth-wateringly meaty nipples set a new standard in suckability unseen since the heyday of Jane Birkin, and it would not be challenged for a decade -- when Kate Moss and Milla Jovovich first took off their shirts.
And that’s some hot stuff! Now check out Kathleen Turner nude after the jump....
