And There's Nudity!

Set to release in Europe in January, the new biopic Serge Gainsbourg, vie héroïque traces the truly fascinating and sex-filled life of one of French pop culture’s most enigmatic and controversial figures.

Serge was known for his sexually charged lyrics as well as tempestuous relationships with stars like Jane Birkin and Brigitte Bardot and famously yelling “I want to fuck her!” when he appeared on a talk show with Whitney Houston.

It’s no surprise then that, judging by the preview, this biopic is La grande bouffe for the eyes when it comes to naked actresses.

The cast includes Victoria’s Secret model Laetitia Casta as Brigitte Bardot, the late Lucy Gordon as Jane Birkin, and Mylene Jampanoi as Bambou, Serge’s last great love.

Toronto Heats Up

Our skin scout at the Toronto International Film Festival has sent in his report on the proceedings and we’re happy to report that a couple of Mr Skin’s favorite actresses will soon be bare and beautiful in a theater near you.

First up, Rachel Weisz bares boobs and butt as the 5^th century Alexandrian philosopher Hypatia, flogged and burned alive by a Christian mob in the historical epic Agora, due out October 9^th.

Rachel shows skin three times in all: a rear view at the seven-minute mark, left boob and distant butt at an hour and 55 minutes, and one more look at that ass at 1:57.

As a naked Neoplatonist, Rachel gives new meaning to “the consolation of philosophy.”

And as we reported last week, the topic of conversation among slavering skin fans both on this blog and elsewhere has long been the announcement that we will see Amanda Seyfried nude in her upcoming film Chloe.

Teenage Babe Goes from Twilight to “Light of Day”

Twilight starlet Kristen Stewart is set to play almost but not quite openly vagitarian rock and roll bad girl Joan Jett in an upcoming biopic written and director by music video maven Floria Sigismondi.

A founding member of the all-girl hard rock outfit The Runaways, Joan Jett has hinted at her rug-munching ways with album titles like Up Your Alley and by covering glam rockers Sweet’s ode to bisexuality “A.C.D.C.,” which contains the lyrics “She’s got girls, girls all over the world,” and “She's got some other woman as well as me.”

One of the rugs Jett is rumored to have munched in recent years belongs to Baywatch knockout Carmen Electra, who told US Weekly that her split with male rocker Dave Navarro left her with more time to “do fun stuff and have sleepovers, dancing, fun girl stuff.”

Interviews with the other girls of The Runaways in later years also hinted that they each tasted the love that dares not speak its name (with its mouth full) with Jett at least once or twice (or 329 times).

France's Sexiest Crooner Is Coming to the Big Screen—and the Naked Actresses He's Bringing with Him Are Sure to Make You Come!

With the recent (skinless) success of the Edith Piaf biopic La Vie en rose, it's high time the life of fiercely individual, often controversial balladeer/actor/director Serge Gainsbourg was brought to a theater near you. And it soon will be. Well, if the theaters near you happen to be in France.

Today Universal announced a pic centering on the life and loves of Serge Gainsbourg will begin shooting in January, so with any luck we will be feasting on gorgeous, naked French femmes of today portraying gorgeous, naked French femmes of yesterday by early 2010.
